PENSHOPPE SHOE DESIGN ENTRIES
It's a bit late to post this, but just want to show you some of my entries for Penshoppe's shoe design competition happened last June of these year. Though I didn't won, still I enjoyed what I did. It's my second time to join a design competition for Penshoppe. The first one was the T-shirt design, and luckily I am one of the winners last year (hope you can still remember the design I posted a year ago).
FAVORITES
From almost 20 collections I've made from the past two months (not included in the list are the new 20 more collections for the holiday), I picked my top three collections which for me are the best. The glittered zip around wallets, the other one is my favorite hounds tooth tablet case and the Iguana faux leather wallets.
You can see them in some of the major department stores nationwide.

A Day In Pinlak Falls
March 29, 2013, Friday. I and my family went out for a picnic.
Instead of going to the beach, we chose to go to the falls, for a change. The
last time we went to the falls was 10 years ago in Balagbag Falls. I was still in
high school then.
I heard good reviews about the Pinlak falls;
they say that the place is awesome. So
with no second thoughts, I insisted to go there. Early morning we went there,
around 8am. I woke up early to help my
mom in preparing the foods. I cooked one dish, I called it “seafood con bell
pepper” It’s a mixed squid, mussels and tuna fish and of course a lot of bell
pepper.
So, around 9am we arrived in
Pinlak Falls. We’re the first batch who came. It’s better to come early because
we might not get a cottage anymore. I
also invited ate Ruby and her sister to come with us. We also invited our
resident minister and his family. The more the merrier J
When we arrived at the place, I
am so excited that I pose in front of the signage “Falling rocks ahead” hahahaha.
After we parked the car, we went down to the mountain, and then we climbed
again, and then we crossed a very narrow bridge. My knees are shaking, oh my
G!!!!! They’re laughing at me, I walked like a turtle. I’m just scared that if
I slipped, I will fell to the running water. But then, I am able to passed
there,yehey!!!!!
I was stunned in the beauty of
the falls. We hurried to put our things down in the cottage and run to the
falls immediately. When I stepped in to the water, the water is as cold as ice.
Oh my G!!!! We climb up to the top of the falls; unfortunately we didn’t bring
our cameras coz the rocks are a bit slippery. Of course we still swim despite of the cold
water. The place is very relaxing, were the only sound that you will hear is
the running water and the humming of birds.
We need to stay under the sun to absorb the heat so that we will not
chill. But later on we started to enjoy
the water; we’re able to stay longer in the water. Some of the ministers and their family
arrived also. They joined us, share foods and laugh together. It turns up like
a family day to us.
In Quezon, we have a lot to
offer, like what I said the beauty of nature.
Sometimes we don’t see the things we have until we tried and explore it.
I never thought that we have places like the pictures I posted. Even though I
lived in Quezon, I never had or I might say that I don’t have the time to visit
the places like that because of my work. Sometimes I go to different places
just to see what the nature has to offer to me. But I forgot that we have the
beautiful places that are incomparable to the others.
